MY ORDER  


1. Can I change my order that I have purchased online?


If the garment is custom-made according to your body measurements, it is not possible to change your order.


2. Can I cancel an order?  


Yes, you are able to cancel your order within 14 days of your purchase. However, if the garment is custom-made with your body measurments it is not possible to cancel your order. 


3. Can I exchange an item online?  


Unfortunately, no. You can always book an appointment and visit us in our showroom in Ikast. Feel comfortable to contact us. 


4. I have not received all the items I have ordered!  


If this has happend, contact us immediatly on info@saraditlev.com 
We would try to answer as soon as possible. 


5. There is a mistake in my order!

6. Can I order online only?  


Yes, you are welcome to order online in our Webshop Boutique. Otherwise, you are welcome to book an appointment in our studio based in Ikast. Contact us on info@saraditlev.com 



7. Sizes - How do I find my size?  


We have prepared women's size guide. Click her to find the perfect size for your wedding dress, galla dress or any other type of garments. 


8. Can I get help with tailoring from a tailor from Sara Ditlev when I buy online?  


Yes, you are welcome to contact us on info@saraditlev.com and we can assist you with tailoring and purchasing online.

Sara Ditlev is providing free shipping within Denmark. Delivery to another country will be calculated in the final price.
